Born and raised in the historic city of Hyderabad, India, Faisal Bakhrayba is a multi-venture entrepreneur with a passion for bridging neuroscience, artificial intelligence, and real-world innovation. As the Co-Founder and Director of Nervana Labs AI, he leads the development of neuro-inspired AI systems designed to enhance human performance, improve decision-making, and deliver scalable, practical solutions for modern organisations. Beyond neuro-AI, Faisal has founded and managed ventures across technology, automation, digital platforms, and hospitality, giving him a broad understanding of business operations, product development, and market impact. Yatin is a computational neuroscience researcher with a strong track record in turning complex behavioural and clinical data into actionable, scalable insights. His background spans neuroscience, machine learning, and quantitative modelling, enabling him to operate at the intersection of scientific innovation and practical implementation. His background supports his capability for building neuro-AI products with real clinical and commercial impact. Over the past four years, he has analysed more than 12,000 behavioural and clinical trial records across multiple research studies, developing reproducible data pipelines, validation frameworks, and advanced modelling approaches. His expertise in transforming noisy real-world data into robust, clinically interpretable outputs underpins the core technology direction of Nervana Labs. Yatin’s motivation is shaped by long-standing exposure to clinical practice through his family, giving him a first-hand appreciation for the challenges clinicians face in diagnosis, monitoring, and patient management. This perspective drives his focus on creating healthcare solutions that are scientifically sound, workflow-compatible, and positioned to meet unmet clinical needs. Yuxuan Zhang is an AI engineer with experience in model evaluation, mathematical reasoning systems, and cloud-based AI development. He has worked extensively on improving large models through structured prompt design, error analysis, and iterative fine-tuning, producing detailed diagnostics that strengthen model robustness in high-precision mathematical tasks. At Board Insights, he contributed to building scalable AI-enabled backend workflows using Microsoft Azure services including Logic Apps, AI Foundry, and Cosmos DB. His technical background spans algorithmic problem solving, statistical modeling, and data processing, with a focus on deploying reliable and interpretable AI systems for real-world applications.

Devansh Tikariha is an AI engineer and data science professional with hands-on experience building machine learning systems across healthcare, financial automation, and education technology. His expertise spans deep learning, computer vision, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and scalable AI deployment using containers and Kubernetes on Microsoft Azure. He has developed quantum-enhanced diagnostic models for medical imaging, adversarial attack detection for CT scans, AI-driven debt collection workflows handling tens of thousands of calls, and personalized learning tools for exam preparation. Devansh has co-authored peer-reviewed IEEE publications and is an inventor on a patented smart solar-powered safety helmet for continuous communication and safety monitoring.
